5th set of Nintendo Zone Items out today!
This time, it’s the Pinocchio outfit!
Like the first outfit, it came with two and has the hat, outfit, and shoes plus the recipe 🙂
I also held a party and Geppetto finally showed up!

Finally, as a bonus I finally did enough favors for the Clubs Card Soldier:

I’ve had a few people ask me how different photos can be so these are the “types” so to speak:
-The character in the cafe
-The character with a photo as the reward for doing the favor
-The character asking for a photo due to having done 3+ more favors
There is also a bit of a sub-section for the last one–there’s characters that do not speak (Such as Tinkerbell, Abu and Magic Carpet, and Pluto) who will only appear with the character who can speak for them (Peter Pan, Aladdin, and Mickey respectively). When the character is with another character, you have to do 3 favors for them with that character. So think of it as favors for “Aladdin and Abu” so to speak for it to count. So for example, I have Aladdin normally, but I do not have him with anyone else–in fact, I only have Jasmine when he talks to Jasmine.
While not always the case, which character has the photo icon also can depend on where the photo is. Another example is Stitch can appear alone or with Lilo (I’ve never seen Lilo by herself out in Castleton). Stitch will take a picture with me in the throne room while Stitch and Lilo take a picture near the shop by the Popcorn Machine. The poses also vary.
In general, it’s worth it for each outcome for the different backdrops (and occasionally, poses as well).
DLC Episode 3! :D
So, the third batch of DLC has come out as it’s June! Yay!

4th set of Nintendo Zone items released today!
Yep, if you can pause from playing Mario Kart 8, head over to your local Nintendo Zone to be sure to download the new set of items 🙂 These feature some nice decorations plus give you the recipe for them (as you’ll want to make a few more Fish Bowls to get the Combo) and the recipe for an item you can only get if you make it!

Another Cafe Medal earned!
I’m super excited as this caught me completely off guard. I wonder if getting a ! for every combo you can gives you a higher chance? As I haven’t held too many Wonderland-themed parties. But yes, when I saw Alice with a !, I pretty much cheered.
Soooo excited. Going to work even harder to get all the stuff I need for the other !’s in other themes T~T And of course, I took a photo to celebrate:

With not too much time left in Spring, most of my time is being spent watching the shop. How I wish we could trade/gift online… 🙁

I’m actually on vacation to Disney World this week, so it’s mostly just going to be a log like last week–but I’m excited and hopeful for StreetPasses. I’ll also be updating my main site with some stuff when I get back as we’re hoping to try out a lot of stuff we haven’t before and it’s fun to write reviews about things 😛 Though, if something big happens I may post it early and then make another part.

3rd set of Nintendo Zone items released today!
So, it’s been 2 weeks since the last items were available to download 😀 This time, the Nintendo Zone gives us 5 new dishes (yep! FIVE). Just to clarify though, the Nintendo Zone only gives you one recipe–all 5 are on that one recipe.

Pirate Adventures continued!
Afterall, I still had more episodes to do 🙂 I quickly went to start the next one. I did make a stop to see all my SpotPass visitors first though and refill the Cafe. I actually have about 1.3 million coins right now… but I just can’t get the items I need to make things X__x *super unlucky*
Finally, it was back to Tortuga.
First case of business was getting their flag back! AND THERE’S SO MANY PUZZLES. I love puzzles so much T~T
Such an evil boss fight though T~T I got more pretty music boxes however! Plus the 5th Pirate Quest outfit (And a Sandwich recipe) 😀 Thus, it was back to Castleton! Because I need that outfit. Badly.
I feel so fancy.
I quickly headed back to Tortuga for the next episode though where Jack Sparrow met up with me.
This map was really interesting as it reminded me of a Harvest Moon mine.
…At least from some of the console games anyway.
AND RIDDLES:
There was just one episode left… the boss rebattle. T~T
I figured out a better strategy this time thankfully though and got him down! Even if it took longer.
It earned me the final dish recipe plus the other secret wand 😀 Yay. And with that, I finished this area! Episode-wise anyway. I then watched all my money disappear as I bought the 1,000,000 Coin Treasure Chest.

After gathering up cards from everyone, it was finally time to try trading! Sadly, I only managed to get one new card: Daisy Duck 05. Regardless, this brings me up to 263/300! Yay!
That was really it for today. Now it’ll be back to earning ingredients and saving up coins to hold parties for the other special medals!

Bonus Note: The PotC DLC is NOT quick! Many of the levels take quite a bit and have some pretty intricate puzzles. In fact, you can’t even unlock the later parts until you have 70+ stickers. I just spent pretty much all day these last 2 days playing them.
