It’s the Holiday season!
As per always, Disney Magical World tends to move pretty quick with the holidays as you can see with the new decorations now up:
This also means new Christmas-themed quests and items will be out and about. Hopefully you will be luckier than I was and not get asked for another Christmas item with your very first favor. ;~; I want you, Yule Log Recipe but I do not have a Christmas Candle… Note: I received the game early from Nintendo. November DLC!
So, it’s officially November. The Halloween decorations are gone and we now have new DLC in the shop!:
Unfortunately, still just a free shirt, but at least that means everyone can get a Casual Winter T-Shirt (which is honestly very pretty).
I’m hoping we’ll see more once the Winter and Holiday events start.

Finishing Halloween
So, I FINALLY got the favor for the Halloween Wallpaper! Yay!
And of course, all 8 combos meant Donald and Goofy finally showed up in their Halloween costumes.
Plus, I managed to get the final favor I needed to finish for Jack which let me get this picture:
Now it’s just back to trying to get more of Minnie’s Cafe Medals and making stuff… at least until the Winter events start!

DLC for October & Halloween Update
So, I expected to write an entry sooner, but I still have been unable to get Donald and Goofy to show up! My only guess is I need to have a full combo or, well, at least higher. I only need the wallpaper to finish off the Halloween Set (and just the Counter for the Spooky Set), but I’ve unfortunately had no luck 🙁
Regardless, it’s the first of the month which means new DLC! Unfortunately, it’s just another free shirt this month.

And thankfully, I did finally get the counter in the favors for this morning! …But I still need the wallpaper for the Halloween theme which is what I still need a picture for… (With Spooky, I just need a picture with Jack and Zero outside the cafe. One favor left to go!)
As for stuff that has happened in the last two weeks… well:
I unlocked the rest of the recipes! I also got the rest of the Fall Items.
I managed to make the Giant Carrot outfit:
Which is actually what I needed for the last recipe so I managed to get it just in time!
I also managed to get a photo with Daisy in her Halloween outfit (and another with Minnie):
And even got a picture with Jack inside (he required less than Donald and Goofy, honestly…):
His tallness surprised me a lot:
Plus finally get photos with Grumpy and Happy (and Snow White joined in) and Phil (and Hercules joined in):
Meanwhile, Zero and Jack are now in Castleton (with just one favor left for the special outside the Cafe picture!)
But yes, let’s hope I get the last recipe I need before the month is up and Halloween is over! And that Jack shows up with his last favor soon…

We have 2 free items this time! (Though, according to the notice, the second one isn’t supposed to be available until the 7th of September! So it may not be there for you…)

I was unable to make the full Bumble Bee Pooh costume (no moth scales and no luck getting them T__T) but you can see me make the head and show off the costume in the shop display along with seeing the whole Halloween Quest in this Youtube video of the stream I did today (September 7th):
So excited! It’s nice to see so much DLC. I will update this post next week with the above stuff so look forward to it! Now updated!
It’s also now “Fall” ingame so keep an eye out for new items in Scrooge’s shop and new favors too!

Cards Complete and more Photos
If you read my Tumblr or Twitter, you probably already know about this stuff, but if not… Things have been slow in the game when I mostly am just trying to save up ingredients to make things (including needing to earn 4 more medals X__x) along with occasionally doing favors. I’ve managed to finally unlock the photos for the Fairy Godmother and Marie though:

New DLC!
So, it’s August 1st which means new DLC for the game. Unfortunately, like last month it seems it’s just a new freebie shirt again:

It’s still very nice though! I’m still keeping up hope we’ll get the Kimono Cafe Set T~T I expect most of the other DLC already out in Japan will be saved for their appropriate seasons and freebie month shirts.

Birthday Stream
So, today is my birthday and for fun, I decided to stream games (+ Nintendogs) that have special Birthday wishing moments. I’m not sure if there’s more 3DS games out of what I have that do (and I couldn’t find a good list) so I just did which I knew about:

More or less, various NPCs and characters in Castleton (sadly, only in Castleton) will tell you Happy Birthday and talking to them will let them say a bit more on it. I sadly missed chatting with Stitch and Sneezy though. Besides that, I also had a special kind of gift on my bed today:
It contained a Ruby Birthstone Bubble 🙂 It’ll probably always be the person’s birthstone and it was a really cute touch.

Mickey Cafe Medal!
If you saw the stream live or watched the recording you probably already know, but if not… I got the Mickey Cafe Medal! I managed to get 2 Comet Tails and 2 Big Bad Mushrooms which meant I had 2 more tries for Mickey (or Western with the latter ingredient). I wasn’t expecting much, but still managed to get the long awaiting !:

7th set of Nintendo Zone items!
Today the 2nd Food Recipe is out! This includes the final Pinocchio food recipe (you should’ve gotten the rest from the 1st Food Recipe)–the Blue Fairy Soda:
It’s rather simple, but I love the cute sparkly decoration.
In different news, while I’ve not been able to get more of the items I need for more Mickey and Western parties, I did get a picture with Mickey and Donald at one Western Party:
Which means I’ve gotten pictures with each character in their Western costume.
Plus, did enough favors for Pinocchio and got a picture with him and Geppetto outside the cafe:
Now, back to trying to get more stuff for the other two parties…
