Daily Playthrough

I still haven’t had much luck with the Black Roses and I’m kind of nervous to try again, but I finally got the last Starfall Radish I needed for a dish I wanted to make!:

I had saved in my cafe due to some late night SpotPassing and decided to try holding a Beauty and the Beast Party as the party meter was full. Lumiere and Cogsworth finally showed up! And with Beast, no less.

Morning requests:
-Resident wanted 2 Polkadot Tulips
-Belle wanted 3 Sweet Tomatoes. She then wanted to take a picture with me!:

-Chip needed 1 Broken Clock Gear… Sadly, I don’t have one on me and it’s unlikely I’ll get one before I need to go out for the day 🙁
-Resident wanted 3 Crystal Plates
-Resident wanted 1 Pearl Bubble

It was then off to trade cards. I managed to get several new ones including the last Peter Pan one I needed 😀 Yay. It got me just enough for a new greeting:

“Shake Wildly”…I feel so concerned for some of these greetings.

With some last watering in the garden, that finished up the morning. More Wonderland Adventures would have to wait until tonight.

As expected, I didn’t get back until late and I spent a bit of time talking about Tomodachi Life and Disney Teddy Bears so umm… >> REGARDLESS, it was new favor time!:
-Daisy wanted a Collection Rack
-Snow White wanted 7 Robust Cloth
-Resident wanted Casual White T-Shirt and gave me the Easter Wallpaper Recipe! 😀
-Resident wanted 3 Pearl Bubbles and gave me Colorful Egg: Jagged! 😀

So cute T~T (Plus bonus of the wallpaper too! It’s so pretty) I just need the Flowery Egg now and then I will have all the eggs!
-Resident wanted 15 Grace Lily

I’m actually up to about 600K now in the game… This is only because all the stuff I want to make the most are things I don’t have the materials for 😛 Thus why I’m working so hard on these black rose seeds… Regardless, it was time to head to the Castle for some trading. I managed to get two new cards, though, it wasn’t enough for a new greeting. Just 21 left until 200 though!

And now, it is off to Wonderland! However, I’m going to end the entry here in the meantime. If I actually get lucky, expect a new entry (or a tweet) 😛 Otherwise, I have continued failing. The game comes out on the eShop at midnight EST so if you’re interested, be sure to keep an eye on that!

Depending on how I’m feeling/how awake I am, maybe I’ll do a late night stream–at the very least, I’ll be writing an entry about some of the DLC and online stuff as I’m super excited for it all! 😀 And if I don’t do a stream tonight, I most likely will tomorrow.

Saving in the 100 Acre Wood has been the tendency lately as I continue repeatedly planting the Sparkle Seed for a Big Turnip seed in hopes I get the Golden Starfall Radish again. Even though I’m trying to be so positive about it, I think I’ll need more for when I work towards the Secret Wands or more of the themes. Expect me to cry when that time comes

With the Easter Recipe I received from a resident, I only have the following Easter stuff to go now:
-Another Dish Recipe
-The Wallpaper
-The Flooring
-Easter Counter
-A Flowery Egg
-A Wavy Egg
And then I should be good! You know, unless there’s more than the page mentions.

I then stopped by the Castle for Card trading for the morning as only one of the cards I received this morning was new. I managed to only get one more new card from trading, but that’s better than nothing.

I couldn’t do too much while I was out, but did continue working on trying to get another Starfall Radish. Sadly, still no luck and it’s currently the Sparkle Seed quest again… Upon getting back, I had a lovely SpotPass notification and since it was now evening, some new favors too:
-Chip needed 3 Jack’s Thread
-Resident wanted Snowbell
-Resident wanted Emerald Bubble
-Resident wanted Oasis Dogbane
-Captain Hook wanted a Never Land Grandfather Clock (which he gave me the recipe for!)

It was then time to see who was here. Two people ended up walking off–Amy and Rickshaw.


I made sure to visit back along with visiting any new cafes I saw pop up :3 And old ones back at the top.

Then it was time for extra card trading with the Chamberlain! I managed to get one new card which was nice, but not enough for a new greeting.

After watering some plants, it was time to try Wonderland again until I was done for the night. About halfway through the first zone, I managed to get a Black Rose Seed! Now to just pray for lots of black rose seeds and golden seeds from it X__x I even managed to get a second one a little further away.

I quickly worked on gathering some “Nice” for some Power-up seeds. I could’ve tried the Castleton Dungeons as fishing there tends to give you some for free, but due to not feeling too well, I wanted to leave most of my energy for trying to get the Rainbow Clover seed next. After a few outfit changes and lots of twirling in front of people, I finally had enough. I also enjoyed some Fireworks:

My plots were currently full so I couldn’t plant anything just yet… So, for now, I decided to earn 15 more Nice ratings to get a better chance at rare items as I go suffer against Guiltea again in the quest for Rainbow Clover Seeds. With my good luck charm in hand (or well, cast), it was time.

I managed to get one in the last area before the next zone T~T YAY. With that, I officially have all the seeds. I then went to plant them and finally, it was the moment of truth…

Sadly, because it’s just how my luck is, I didn’t get any of the seeds I needed… Just a seed from the Rainbow Clover for more which was the only one I wasn’t hoping for a seed for. 🙁 I started up the Sparkle Seed quest again, but I think I’ll wait until tomorrow to go back to Black Rose Seed Hunting.

MY SPOOKY PUMPKINS HAVE GROWN 😀

Once I stopped running around in circles of excitement (if only I had gotten another seed from them though…), it was time to see the favors for the morning!:
-Resident wanted 2 Golden Honey
-Stitch needed a new surf board
-Huey wanted me to solve his riddle: “Underground in a sandy land, A Prickly heat is near at hand.” He wanted a Spicy Spicefruit.
-Resident wanted a Dewdrop Iris
-Resident wanted a Mickey Headband (Yellow) and offered me a Spritely Spring Salad Recipe!

Just one food recipe left now 😀 Such cute butterflies T~T

Besides that, my Room and Cafe are pretty much set…

The only things they need are both stuff that requires Royal Roses (Such as a Magic Rose Ornament for both and the Rose Goldwork Bed), but I think these are more or less the items I want to keep. I may switch some out as I unlock some of the items that I am not entirely sure how they look just yet though. Because they are pretty much close though, they will be put on the side soon 😀 How I wish there was a bigger item limit though…

I didn’t get to play more until the evening, but I had a new SpotPass alert waiting and it was after 5PM which meant new requests too!:
-Resident wanted 3 Ruby Bubbles and gave me a Mickey Easter Egg!:

-Resident wanted 1 Pearl Bubble.
-Scrooge wanted 5 Inky Bubbles. He then wanted to take a picture!:

I was sad to see Pete not here again… It seems I really screwed up not getting the paint fast enough one time as now I’ve unlocked so many characters who can appear, the chance is a lot lower for him to show up needing a favor 🙁 I know I’ll always have a chance for it, but I do feel like I kind of screwed up. On the bright side, I managed to get one new card from going around for the first time in forever (and now I have that song stuck in my head…). I then stopped by to see who was visiting today 😀

And then I hosted a random Peter Pan party because apparently I like making things harder for myself 😛

Tinkerbell showed up 😀 Which means I’ve gotten all the Peter Pan characters now in Castleton.

With that all done, I headed to the Castle to try and trade the extra cards I had gotten. I managed to get a good amount of new ones and unlocked 2 new greetings for the first time in forever 😀 (…I need to stop saying that)

It was then finally back off to Wonderland.

Despite many tries though, I still failed to get any Rose Seeds or the Rainbow Clover Seed 🙁 Shall have to try again tomorrow…

So, thanks to a super awesome tip on Tumblr (THANK YOU BEL), I decided to try and give the Castleton Dungeon a try despite my terrible luck. I had yet to get anything worthwhile in the Castleton Dungeon, but there was a first time for everything!

Even though I was getting one of the worst match-ups (*SHAKES FIST AT FLYING ENEMIES*, I decided to give it my best and even ended up with a good amount of gems (7). I went and opened the chest and well…

YEEEEEEES. FIRST GO. OMG. FIRST TIME I EVER GOT SOMETHING WORTHWHILE FROM THE SEED CHEST T~T I’m just like… staring at the garden now and waiting for things to grow so I can plant these and eeeee <3 Now I just have one seed left! *rolls in happiness* EXPECT A PICTURE OF IT FULLY GROWN NEXT ENTRY 😀 Note: I received the game early from Nintendo. So, today I was determined to try and get a Rainbow Clover Seed. The last seed I apparently can’t get until Halloween so this will be the last one I need for now. Plus, more Black Rose Seeds because I need so many Royal Roses X__x I had saved in the cafe though so the first thing I did was make some new dishes.

It was then off to grab the new favors for the day:
-Resident wanted a Big Acorn
-Prince Charming wanted a Full-Length Mirror
-Dewey gave me the same riddle again.
-Resident wanted 5 Yellow Citrus
-Resident wanted 1 Dewdrop Iris

There was nothing good in Scrooge’s today… Still just an Easter Basket. It was my first time seeing hair for sale there, but I know I wouldn’t wear it so spending that much just to have it would be silly when there’s so much else I want more.

Thankfully, Agrabah finally had Exotic Milk.

I picked up about 15. I wish you could say how many you want rather than having to scroll through each time…

Also, Sleepy, Doc, and Dopey were in Castleton today!:

After farming, I stopped by Chip & Dale’s to make some furniture I had wanted as I had about 300K. I was able to make a Harp and Hook’s Pirate Ship Ornament. …Yep, that was it. I did manage to make a Peter Pan themed table and chair with my last 10K though! And to my surprise, I was given the sticker for building 100 furniture pieces! I didn’t realize I was so close. JUST 2 STICKERS TO GO.

With that done, it was time for more Card Trading at the Castle. Sadly, no luck though 🙁 I’m at 163/300 so I just need 37 more to get the Card Sticker and 137 more for all of them… I feel so unlucky lately though.

It was then finally time for Wonderland–I decided to try for the Black Rose first because I accidentally planted my Bounty Seed already…
Captain Hook and Mr. Smee showed up! 😀

With the money I earned from the party, I stopped by Chip & Dale’s to purchase another furniture item. I ended up purchasing something I plan to use in my room.

I also checked the Garden again and while I still failed with the special golden turnip/radish seed, I actually got another Turnip seed from harvesting this time so yay.

With that, it was back to Wonderland yet again… T__T Between Furniture and recipes, I need at least 5… but at this rate 🙁 I decided to try an area with White Rose Seeds next because at this rate, the lower chance for black seeds from that seems better than the chance of me getting Black Rose Seeds from the map itself. It seems I’m mostly finding what I’m not looking for for once… like Greenwood Logs 😐 So unsurprisingly, no luck there either… *sighs* T~T

It had hit 5PM while I was having awful luck in Wonderland so I decided to see what new favors awaited…
-Resident wanted 3 Dogbane
-Resident wanted 6 Bitsy Beech Logs
-Mickey wanted 3 Hopscotch Stones
-Resident wanted Caravan Cloth
-Mr. Smee was now in Castleton and wanted a favor too.

He needed 3 Soap Bubbles.

There was also finally a new Easter thing in Scrooge’s today!:

The Easter Chair 😀 I could actually hold a basic Easter Party now…

I then went to see if maybe I could finally have some luck with card trading. And no, I still couldn’t T__T I’m just unlucky all around today…

On the bright side, I FINALLY got a Mysterious Golden Seed T___T Hopefully I can get two Starfall Radish from it… After a half hour… it was time. And sadly, I only managed to get one ._. Which meant I had to start all over with the Sparkle Seed… And with that, I decided to take a break because wow my luck is bad today X___x
